A1L Digital is seeking a professional Executive Assistant/PA on a contract duration of 12 months.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the CEO. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. You will serve as the right hand to the CEO, managing a variety of administrative, strategic, and personal tasks to enhance the CEO’s productivity and effectiveness.

POSITION INFO:
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at C-level.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
