SUMMARY:
A well-established business is seeking Executive Assistant: Strategic Support.
To provide high level executive support to the Executive Manager to ensure the effective and efficient running of the office and to assist in providing key support to the company in the execution of the overall strategy.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE

Matric/Grade 12 plus National Diploma (NQF 6) /Degree in Business Administration
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in an executive assistant role
Microsoft Office (Advanced)
High level of attention to detail with demonstrated ability to show initiative and creativity in problem
solving
Advanced organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
Demonstrated ability to work independently and set priorities
Demonstrated ability to manage large and varied workload and maintain motivation under pressure
Knowledge of the PFMA will be serve as an added advantage
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP will serve as an added advantage

Other Requirements

Flexibility in working hours will be required to meet demands of the role.
May be required to work overtime.
Valid driver’s License
