An international Property Analyst Organisations with its South African office in Durban Kwazulu-Natal company has an opportunity for an up a coming Property Analyst to take the next step to become an Executive Assistant enroute to management. This position will propel your international career. With a footprint in America, Australia and South Africa this is an opportunity to travel around the globe.

Education:

Tertiary Qualification in Property Science or Finance

Job Experience & Skills Required:

2-3 years’ experience as a Commercial Property Analyst.
Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken language.
Advanced Excel Skills to assist with financial planning modules, forecasting modules and pivot tables.
Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint for assisting with board, investors, industry partners presentations.
Must be ambitious, fast learner, a problem solver and flexible.
Must be able to travel as and when needed.
