POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Family Office support role (At least 5 years experience)
• Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong “can-do” attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal ability
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively
• Experience working both independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team
• Excellent time-management and planning skills
• Experience in event coordination and travel logistics

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive and personal support to the principals and their families
• Manage complex diaries, travel, meetings, and events across domestic and international locations
• Liaise with family office, property, and service teams to support property and household operations
• Handle correspondence, post, packages, and general office administration
• Support lifestyle and personal requests with professionalism and discretion
• Build strong working relationships across the family office and external stakeholders
• Perform additional administrative and personal tasks as required, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and service
