They’re Looking for Someone Who:

Holds a relevant undergraduate degree with 5+ years of experience in Events, Public Relations, or a related field (Project management qualification/experience is a bonus).
Possesses exceptional organizational skills, including priority setting and time management.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with creative flair, a positive attitude, and problem-solving abilities.
Has superior interpersonal and communication skills to foster excellent working relationships.
Demonstrates a high level of computer literacy (Microsoft 365 and various platforms).
Can think on their feet, collaborate effectively, and take creative risks to deliver exceptional results.
Is flexible and willing to work odd hours when events demand it.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Fundraising & Campaigns:

• Plan and coordinate impactful fundraising events and campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for event sponsorship, generate new leads, and grow the donor pool.

Event Coordination:

• Manage a variety of school events throughout the year, including open days, conferences, exhibitions, and concerts.
• Oversee all event aspects, from budgeting, décor, and venue booking to logistics, catering, and feedback.

Creative Campaigns:

• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize marketing and fundraising campaigns.
• Conduct performance analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, fostering connections that support event success.

Special Projects & Admin:

• Lead special projects and assignments with a proactive and innovative approach.
• Assist with general administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
