POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events such as conferences, weddings, parties, and corporate meetings
- Coordinate with clients to understand and fulfill their event requirements
- Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure all resources are utilized efficiently
- Supervise and guide staff involved in event setup, catering, and other related tasks
- Ensure all aspects of events comply with legal and safety regulations
- Handle post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
