SUMMARY:
Estimator - Building / Construction

POSITION INFO:

Optimises quality and reliabilty of estimates

Ensure that tender submissions are complete in every respect and tender conditions are
accurately mirrored

Ensures seamless hand over of estimate to the project team 

Reviews drawings with Project Team and highlights areas of concern

Liaises with potential clients and engineer with regards to placement on vendor database and tender invitations

Prepares Trade summaries and the Preliminary & General cost document for the finalisation
