Estimator

Our client, a well established property development and construction group, seeks to employ a qualified and experienced Estimator to join their progressive team.  The role is to manage various estimations projects, within the Western Cape region.  

The key requirements for consideration:

• You will have completed a QS or related qualification, coupled with 5-10 years experience,  in the residential and commercial build environment, using CCS Candy, for tender compilations and project management,  which is essential. 

• You will have proven experience in cost reporting, sub-contractor evaluations and payments, as well as contract administration management and procurement for awarded projects.

• You will have exceptionally superior organisational skills, be able to work both in office and on-site effectively and ensure deadlines and quality are met, at the highest standard.
