SUMMARY:
Manufacturing company based on the West Rand is looking for an Estimator

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Education: Matric

Minimum Experience: 2-3 years

Computer Packages: SolidWorks and StigmaNest

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Costing / Tendering / Progress
Analyse and compile shop drawings and other documentation to prepare time scale, cost implications, material usage, and labour estimates.
Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs, and controlling the monthly progress claims, relative to bids as the project develops.
Material requirements, stock take and quotations.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive workshop drawings from Engineer / Architects drawing.
Oversee that deadlines for drawing submission are met and with the correct information pertaining to the specific project.
