SUMMARY:
A Freight Forwarding Company is seeking an Estimates Supervisor to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This will be to:
Source new opportunities
Inbound sales leads follow ups
Manage inside sales targets
Set inside sales KPIs
Outbound cold calling and emailing
Manage team of estimators
Distribute quotations
Support with quotations when needed
Maintain accurate capturing of data
Deal directly with customers
Keep records of customer interactions
Handle general admin
Prepare client proposals and presentations

Matric
Minimum 5 years of industry experience
Previous management / supervisory experience
Previous sales / servicing industry-related experience (preferred)
