SUMMARY:
Environmental & Quality Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Duties / Responsibilities:

Data capture of daily operator test results and file
Making changes to WI as needed on electronic copy / hardcopy. Creating all new WI as parts are being run on the floor for the first time, create and change labels in production for parts
Creating new quality alerts as issues are brought to our attention from customers and internal
Create internal and external Customer awareness training forms
Ensure all WI is up to date and loaded on the OEE system
Assist with customer / Audit visit prep on the shop floor
PPM , Customer feedback, 8D
Making changes to IMDS Documents when needed. Load part information on IDS as part of PPAP requirement
Drive ISO 14001 activities ( including improvements corrective actions, changes etc)
Monitor performance- alert management to opportunities for improvement non compliances and general system performance
Ensure that EMS requirements are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 14001 requirements
Ensure all new staff receive training to the system, including refresher training for existing personnel
Ensure staff remain informed as to the progress and status of the system including areas where they can assist with improvements
Ensure internal audits and management reviews are conducted as per schedule or in special circumstances Ensure all registers and documents kept up to date
