Entrepreneurial Tyres Sales Technician

SUMMARY:
Automotive company is seeking a Mobile Sales Co-Ordinator based in Brackenfell. VALID CODE 10 DRIVERS LICENSE + PDP (NOT NEGOTIABLE). This individual will be expected to attend customer site visits, deliver Service Level Agreements to fleets, complete all job cards, fleet inspections and all associated paperwork.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Valid Code 10 Drivers License + PDP (not negotiable)
• Min 2 years tyre management experience.
• Min 2 years mounting & demounting experience.
• Effective selling, communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Sound working knowledge of Admin Systems, particularly the Computer System.
• Computer literate. (non-negotiable)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as a self- starter within the team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Attend customer sites / premises and deliver Service Level Agreements to fleets.
• Complete all job cards / fleet inspections and associated paperwork to company standards on I-Pad (computer).
• Manage the activities of the Van to ensure that financial and administrative standards and procedures are met.
• New customers are constantly being identified and pursued to increase sales volumes
• Develop business plans with reporting line Manager and meet agreed sales plan
• Attend roadside breakdowns and work to H&S standards 
• Maintain van (vehicle) and issued equipment to highest standard of care.
• Manage self to improve personal effectiveness.
