POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Broker Sales Manager to join our clients elite team. This is a senior sales and marketing role focused on advising the boardrooms of South Africa''s major companies.

What You Will Do:

Dispense expert advice on a full suite of employee benefits, including medical aid, medical health insurance, Gap cover, and life benefits to senior executives (CEOs, CFOs) during high-level presentations.

Work in close liaison with our presentation team, which includes senior members from leading industry partners.

Drive the procurement process from initial meeting to securing the final sale.

Oversee the client onboarding process, liaising between the purchasing company’s HR/Finance teams and our partner companies.

Crucially: There is NO cold calling or canvassing required. All sales leads and meeting invites are concluded by our exclusive network of referring agents.
What You Will Bring:

10+ years of proven sales experience in the broker space.

FSB Certification is mandatory to advise on medical aid/health insurance. Accreditation for pension/provident funds and employee benefits is a significant advantage.

Demonstrated experience in delivering professional presentations to senior board members of top-tier companies.

A motivated, self-starter mentality and an entrepreneurial spirit ready to embrace a high-commission incentive structure.

Excellent organizational and administrative skills to ensure rapid client turnaround. (Conversational fluency in English and Afrikaans is an advantage).
Remuneration & Reward:
This is a high-reward position. The package includes a competitive base salary (minimum R40,000 p/m) with a significant portion of your final earnings in highly competitive incentive bonuses.
