Enterprise Sales Manager

To help drive this growth, our client is looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts to sell the company’s payment solution to large enterprise retailer merchants in South Africa. Your focus will be on large, established retail merchants with an online and in-store presence.

Experience and Qualifications:
You should have:

• Significant experience (5-10 years) of proven B2B sales success – demonstrable examples of smashing sales targets based on individual responsibility and accountability.
• Highly networked across enterprise customers in South Africa at an executive level
• Experience and success in global, multi-market sales.
• Experience of working within a start-up / scale-up business ideally in fintech or payments
• Initiative, persistence, and an entrepreneurial spirit and energy with the desire to be part of a fast-growth start-up environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence the decision process and communicate solution-led value propositions to executive/Board/owner-operator clients.
• Degree level qualification.
