SUMMARY:
Enrolled Nurses with nursing experience in Emergency units required for hospitals in Durban. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years working experience within this unit to be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Carry out all duties assigned by Sister-in-charge and ensure timeously completion of tasks
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, free of medico-legal hazards
  • Refer all patient and doctor complaints to the sister in charge 
  • Ensure all documentation reflecting patients care is maintained and completed accurately   
  • Communicate effectively with the patients regarding their care
Education and skills:
Enrolled Nurse certificate and SANC registered
3+years experience within an Emergency or Trauma unit
BLS certificate
Good communication skills
Computer literate
Ability to work shifts as per unit requirements
