Engineering Stores Controller (Timber Industry), Ermelo, R20 -30 000 ctc

• Grade 12
• Qualification in INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
• 3 - 5years Engineering Stores Controller experience
• Computer Literate with strong MS Excel knowledge
• Exp in Timber Industry would be advantage

DUTIES:  Ensure compliance to :

• company safety policies and procedures.
• manage inventory systems
• manage inventory stock levels
• perform stock counts
• purchasing stock, non-stock goods and process chemicals
• allocate correct cost codes to issued goods
• receive and issue goods
• perform quality checks on goods received
• complete goods received notices
• process invoices for goods received
• documentation control as per company policies and procedures
• follow up on outstanding orders and deliveries
• manage site stationary requirements
• manage courier services
• communicate effectively with the buyer in the head office
