SUMMARY:
A large company specialising in Administration Services is looking for a Transfer Clerk.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric (Grade 12)
Good arithmetic and basic accounting skills
Good attendance and reliability

BASIC WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years Withdrawals / Contributions working experience

KNOWLEDGE
PC skills, Excel, Word, E-mail and Letter Writing Skills
Excellent verbal and written Communication

SKILLS
Customer service skills
Problem solving skills
Planning & Organising
Ability to adapt to change
Deadline driven
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be reliable, Trustworthy and be a team player

CONDENSED LIST OF DUTIES

Processing transfers of benefits in and out of the Fund
Liaison with Actuaries with regards to Section 14 of the Pension Fund Act
Liaison with the Financial Services Board
Calculation of transfer values
Estimates of benefits
Balancing of Funds
Adding of Payments
Running & Finalising of Cashbooks
