Employee Benefits Administration Team Leader Cape Town 

Our Employee Benefits FSP Client in Cape Town is looking for a Employee Benefits Administration Team Leader

Manage a full portfolio of funds and team in order to meet the Service Providers Agreement (SPA). Assist with the management of business processes by solving day-to-day problems; checking and verifying data and action the first authorisation as well as first release of payments for claims. Support team members by providing on-the-job coaching when required

Requirements 

Matric a must

Certification an added bonus

5 years plus experience as a EB Team leader or Senior EB Administrator
