Emalahleni (Witbank), Mpumalanga: AUTOMOTIVE BRANCH/DEALER ADMINISTRATOR

Minimum Requirements:

-Professional and presentable

-Afrikaans and English first and second language a must

-Matric / Grade 12

-B.Com Accounting Degree / Accounting Diploma obtained a must

-Recent previous working experience as Branch/Dealer Administrator in Automotive industry a must

-Experienced in Cashbook, Debtors & Creditors and GL Recons

-Computer literacy in Automate/Evolve preferred / advantageous

-Must reside in/near Witbank area

-Stable employment record and contactable references

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Full Dealer/Branch Administration duties for Automotive Dealer

-Cashbook, Debtors, Sundry Creditors and GL Recons

-Follow up on all debtors remittances and queries, and resolve queries working closely with shared services staff

-Resolve any queries on bank statements daily

-Check workshop cash sales, parts cash sales and all debtors (including Vehicle, Parts & Services, Fleet Claims, Warranty, WIP and Interest)

-Assist with updating expense and tax schedules monthly for submission to Accountant

-Floor plan reconciliations

-Accurate recording of absenteeism & annual leave

-Check parts cycle counts, signing off stock adjustments etc.

-Ensure order control systems are in place

Salary: R-----.00 – R 17 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant experience)
