Duties and Responsibilities:
* Implement HTML based emails and website pages.
* This includes coding, testing across all devices/platforms and troubleshooting.
* Implementation must include responsive and optimised HTML based emails.
* Implement visuals into existing email templates, update templates and
design new templates/wireframes where needed.
* Convert email concepts into remarketing online banner adverts supporting
emails.
* Implement updates to the Help centre site AND help content CMS.
* Work closely with agency partners to deliver emails and website pages.
* Emails: HTML design from brief & implementation into templates.
* Conceptualise, design and implement visuals for CRM emails including.
* operational, retention, engagement, automated and sales-driving
campaigns.
* Update and develop new HTML email templates where needed.
* Must ensure consistency of visual treatment across platforms including.
* Gmail and Outlook.
* Convert email concepts into remarketing online banners.
* Implement designs across required specs.
* HTML headline banners for CRM landing page campaigns.
* Implement these banners into the CMS.
* HTML design for updates to help the site. This may include new pages or
updates to existing pages to align with to rest of the site.
* Updates to content CMS, including templates and visual executions
Ad hoc: Other web HTML across the site were required
* HTML design and implementation for emails and websites from template.
* updates, to new template development and testing troubleshooting.
* HTML website – landing pages banners CMS.
* HTML design and implementation - , working on both emails and website
executions.
* Conceptual email and new template coding experience.
* Website HTML design experience.
* Digital design qualification including HTML coding.
* Mid-level experience. At least 3 years working experience in a digital design
environment, specifically HTML.
* Mac Desktop User.
* Agency, corporate or freelancer experience considered.
* Will be required to demonstrate conceptual HTML design experience using
existing email templates (from brief), HTML implementation experience (new
templates) and website HTML designs. Portfolio to be submitted with CV’s.
* Use of Emarsys, SAPS or Mailchimp and Litmus an advantage.
