POSITION INFO:

Electronics Technician - ( +- 3 month Contract) – Bellville - R110 per hour/no overtime & R135 per day travelling expenses

Qualifications:

• N3 Electrical Engineering / Electrical Trade Tested

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an electrical and mechanical field, exposed to instrumentation.
• Electrical Control Panel Building.
• Project managing with hands-on duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drawings and schematics, interpret relevant symbols, abbreviations and wiring on drawings.
• Identify material and material specifications as per design and drawing requirements.
• Electrical systems installations, repairs, replacement and upgrade.
• Identify and determine schematic functions and switching actions.
• Identify material and material specifications as per design and drawing requirements.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system
• Panel Building and timeous hand-over of panel build.
