SUMMARY:
B.Eng/ B.Tech. Drivers licence. At least 5 years experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electro-mechanical and electronic equipment. Experience with site visits and dealing with clients.

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for maintenance and repair of customer equipment which will include troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair. Familiar with support tickets. Create preventative maintenance plans. Complete necessary administrative tasks as required including updating technical manual''''s and reference guides as well as customer service logs. Identify and participate in sales opportunities such as tenders and product demonstrations.
