Opportunity Available!! Our well known client in the FMCG Sector is looking to employ an Electrician to join their dynamic team in Queenstown.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Ensure manufacturing machines are optimized for quality output
Ensure machines are properly maintained – preventative maintenance
Ensure that breakdowns are attended to quickly and efficiently
Record breakdowns for trends and analysis
Complying with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
Must be prepared to carry out any lawful and reasonable instructions

Job Requirements:

Matric/ Grade 12
N6 Qualified Artisan – Electrical
Code 8 Drivers license and own transport
5 years’ experience in instrumentation
5 years’ experience in PLC, SCADA & HMI
4 years’ experience in Switchgear & VSD
2 years’ Pneumatic & Hydraulic experience
6 Years’ Experience in Bottling Industry on Krones Equipment (advantageous)
Siemens PLC Qualified Software Engineer (advantageous)
B&R Soft PLC Qualified Engineer (advantageous)
B&R Servo Drives (advantageous)
PET Blow Moulding and PET Injection Moulding (advantageous)
Fault Finding / Problem Solving Skills
Filling and packaging knowledge
Electrical drawing / Pneumatic Drawing/ Hydraulic Drawing
Maintenance Planning & Maintenance Records
