Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and small installation projects

Deliver high-quality workmanship aligned with client expectations

Respond to after-hours service calls on a rotational or ad-hoc basis (24/7 service)

Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in both Afrikaans and English

Operate within a modern, paperless, cloud-based workflow system

Follow strict attention to detail, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met

Adapt to client needs and demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude at all times
Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in the electrical industry (formal qualification is advantageous but not essential)

Must possess strong technical skills and pride in quality workmanship

Good communicator with the ability to work both independently and in a team

Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a paperless, cloud-based system

Must be reliable, flexible with hours, and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy clients

Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve in dynamic environments

Must speak or understand Afrikaans (non-negotiable)

Must live within a 15-minute radius of Stellenbosch or be willing to relocate accordingly
