POSITION INFO:
- Assist clients with product setup and troubleshooting
- Perform fault finding on devices and help resolve technical issues efficiently
- Provide technical support to clients via email, WhatsApp and telephone
- Deliver professional and helpful client services at all times.
- Wiring of PCBs
- Checking wiring and networking of various security systems
Requirements:- Minimum 1-3 years of experience
- Bilingual with the ability to communicate with clients
- Professional communication skills
- Willingness to learn configuration and fault-finding processes
- Driver’s license and vehicle essential
Qualification:- BTech/Beng/Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics
