Electrical Project Manager - Solar

Experience in solar and/or sales would be advantageous.

Education & Experience (minimum requirements to perform the job):

• Matric and Electrical Engineer Degree/B Tech or similar (must have practical experience)
• AND / OR: Qualified Electrician with Wireman’s License (must be excellent communicator) Management Development programme will be advantageous
• Valid Unendorsed Code 08 Drivers License
• Excellent computer skills (incl. Microsoft)

Experience:

• Day-to-day operational and business management
• Project Management and Planning
• Completing and submission of tenders and quotes
• Compiling costing models and budgets
• Design work
• Managing a team of people
• Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, and systems
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of electrical design and maintenance
• processes
• Solar systems and installation experience will be advantageous
• Sales experience will be advantageous
