Brief Description:

A leading consulting engineering company is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join its Building Services team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial, residential, and industrial projects within a collaborative environment, with exposure to experienced engineering professionals and opportunities for career growth.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Design MV/LV electrical building services systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects
Prepare electrical calculations, technical reports, specifications, and drawings
Develop and update designs using Revit and AutoCAD
Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and multidisciplinary teams
Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during project implementation
Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and project requirements
Assist with technical problem-solving and ensure successful project delivery

Skills & Experience:

Deliver accurate and practical electrical designs
Support projects from design through to construction
Maintain strong technical and quality standards
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in electrical building services consulting
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Qualification:

BEng, BSc, or BTech in Electrical Engineering
ECSA Candidate registration or progression towards professional registration is advantageous
