POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:

• Level 7 Diploma/Bachelors degree with a professional teaching qualification
• 4 years relevant experience
• SACE registered
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Knowledge of the requirements of the various phases of education: Mathematics Gr 10-12 and Life Sciences Gr 10-12

• Manage quality assurance of allocated subjects.
• Development of study notes and assessment plans.
• Apply and monitor the application of CAPS and the assessment requirements of the examination boards in the assessment tasks.
• Present online classes in relevant subject field
• Facilitate lessons in the specific subject field
• Manage client queries and communication for relevant subjects including email, telephonic and other communication / interaction
• Provide advice on possible improvements.
• Understand and apply CAPS and the assessment requirements as indicated in the study material and/or facilitators’ guides.
• Investigate, research, suggest, apply, and advise on new trends, products, and technologies relevant to the allocated phase(s) of education.
