A well-established education group is seeking an Education Specialist: Languages (Afrikaans HL & English FAL). The ideal candidate should have the ability to work under pressure, must be a team player, deadline driven and have subject knowledge. SACE registered

R25 000 basic pm  | Start ASAP | Permanent | Office based in Centurion 

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:

• Level 7 Diploma/Bachelors degree with a professional teaching qualification
• 4 years relevant experience
• SACE registered
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans

• Manage quality assurance of allocated subjects
• Manage client queries and communication for relevant subjects including email, telephonic and other communication / interaction
• Provide advice on possible improvements
• Attend organisational meetings (where required)
• Understand and apply CAPS and the assessment requirements as indicated in the study material and/or facilitators’ guides
• Provide guidance to assessment coordinator regarding possible examiners/developers of assessments
• Provide information regarding assessment plans and assessments to be developed for the new cycle
• Develop or facilitate the design of the assessment instructions and guidelines according to the unique needs of the education clients
• Apply and monitor the application of CAPS and the assessment requirements of the examination boards in the assessment tasks
