Education Consultant (Sales Consultant)

SUMMARY:
Our Client, a trusted In-Home and Online Tutoring company located in Centurion, is looking for an Educational Consultant to close consultations and achieve Franchise closing targets and enrollment values.

POSITION INFO:

Conduct and Close Consultations – Successfully closes all booked consultations

• Maintain availability calendar to support expected consultation bookings
• Ensure background knowledge on Tutor Doctor is current
• Prepare for each consultation and have appropriate materials and information ready
• Arrive on time for each consultation
• Successfully close consultations through determining prospective client needs and expectations through consultative selling process.
• Conduct consultation at assigned date and time
• Conduct successful consultation per Tutor Doctor standards and process
• Ensure follow up post-consultation and update lead status
• Successfully close at F3 target
• Successfully selling at the F4
• Follow Tutor Doctor price grid
• Accurate and complete enrollment forms submitted next day after enrollment before noon
• Collect all payments at time of enrollment
• Follow-up on all non-closed assigned consultations
• Ask for referrals in each consultation
• Keep accurate records and reports detailing all sales-based activities and Client profiles.
• Ensure correct data entry for all leads in CRM system
• Complete accurate and detailed student forms in scheduled meetings
• Submit mini reports as assigned

Establish Tutoring Goals – Complete fully all Tutoring goals for each student

• Summarize student’s education plan, and matching criteria
• Complete accurately and submit the student’s Recommendation for Success
• Provide office with additional information and support as needed
• Be available to communicate with operations team to promote healthy tutor matches
• Uphold 24-hour response time for all Client communication

Client Service and On-Boarding - Support operations team to ensure high quality service and frequent communication to meet the needs of our Clients and tutors.

• Call and email families after 2nd session to check in for feedback on service and record feedback in CRM system
• Ensure negative feedback is communicated to Manager
• Monitor and confirm back with client on successful resolution
