A renowned safety equipment supplier company is looking for a Early Warning Monitoring agent to join their team based in the East Rand!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Areas of Responsibilities 
  • Vehicle and EVR Updates
  • Fleet Movements
  • EVR Movements
  • Fleet number updates
  • Registration updates
  • Creating of vehicles when needed
  • Vehicle status updates
  • Vehicle type updates
  • Vehicles settings support
Event Queries / Updates
  • Updating / Removing Incorrect Behaviours Selected 
  • Adding Behaviours for events received from Call Centre
Education & Training
  • Minimum level of education: Grade 12 / N4 (Matric)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Logistics / Client Support Services environment
Experience, Skills & Requirements
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office)
  • Strong Administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer Care
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Honesty
