JOB DESCRIPTION:

Areas of Responsibilities

Vehicle and EVR Updates
Fleet Movements
EVR Movements
Fleet number updates
Registration updates
Creating of vehicles when needed
Vehicle status updates
Vehicle type updates
Vehicles settings support

Event Queries / Updates

Updating / Removing Incorrect Behaviours Selected
Adding Behaviours for events received from Call Centre

Education & Training

Minimum level of education: Grade 12 / N4 (Matric)
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Logistics / Client Support Services environment

Experience, Skills & Requirements

Computer Literacy (MS Office)
Strong Administrative skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer Care
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
