SUMMARY:
Our client in the LPG Industry has an opportunity available for an ERP Systems Administrator, to be based in the Southern Suburbs of Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Relevant certifications - Microsoft SQL Server
Relevant certifications - Microsoft Dynamics Nav
National Diploma: Information Technology - beneficial
Relevant certifications - Business Intelligence - beneficial
Min 2 years’ in support and maintenance of Microsoft NAV 2013 ERP environments
Min 2 years’ in design, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of SQL database environments (SQL Server 2008 / 2012 / 2019)
Min 2 years’ in software development management lifecycle
Min 2 years’ in support and maintenance of SQL based business information (BI) systems
Min 2 years’ in report design using JetReports
Min 2 years’ in creation of Microsoft Excel dashboards using formulas and pivot tables
Min 2 years’ in end user support
Intermediate accounting knowledge
NAV permission management using MergeTool will be beneficial
End user training - beneficial
Project management - beneficial

KPAs:

Ensure the optimal performance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Work closely with software vendor to ensure development work is delivered accurately and timeously
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues with super users and trace back to root cause
Monitor and maintain ERP system security
Database backups in accordance with the business’s Recovery Point Objectives (RPO)
Troubleshoot SQL Server service outages as they occur, including after-hours and weekends
Install and configure new SQL Servers
Monitor, maintain and support existing BI environment
Business analysis to gather required BI system requirements
