POSITION INFO:

This is a on site or remote position
ERP softwareÃ¢Â€Ârelated to provide postÃ¢Â€Âimplementation support to the users with user friendly explanation and documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide functional and technical support to the users.
Provide training where required and update training documentation or materials.
Interact with endÃ¢Â€Âusers with respect to their specific dayÃ¢Â€ÂtoÃ¢Â€Âday problems, execute corrective action as necessary.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

University degree or equivalent qualification/experience within Computer Applications field.

Orion 11j or similar ERP experience in FMCG environment with strong experience in Production and

Accounting modules.

Proficient in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Hindi and South Indian languages a plus.
Available to travel if required.
