POSITION INFO:

Role:                    ERP Business Analyst

Duration :           6-12 Month Contract

Rate:                    Market Related

Location :            Pretoria

Skill Requirements

• Skills 5 to 7 yrs extensive knowledge and experience with ERP implementations across multiple products (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Sage etc.) - solution neutral approach  
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written  
• Subject Matter Expert for Finance and HR ERP systems  
• Facilitation skills

Technical Requirements:

• Forestry environment knowledge would be an added advantage  
• Engineering
• Process modelling
• Cost benefit analysis
• Stakeholder analysis
• Knowledge of business architecture principles

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with functional leaders to understand the As-Is and define business requirements needed to maximise the business value of an integrated solution  
• Deliver a future state to the organisation that meets the needs of all stakeholders  
• Bring clarity to how processes work or should work  
• Provide a view of an integrated suite of applications that share common data  
• Work with the CIO and key stakeholders to define metrics and performance goals for the solution

Mandatory Contactable references that can support that they have completed similar assignments for ERP Analysis before.

Evidence from previous / current customers that they have conducted sessions to document detailed business cases / requirements preferably in SOCs or government departments (list of projects and role)
