ERP Administrator (IT)

SUMMARY:
Our client in Phalaborwa (Limpopo) in the mining industry is looking for an ERP Administrator (IT) who will be responsible for the planning , building, and running of the ERP system.

POSITION INFO:
Position: ERP Administrator (IT)
Location: Phalaborwa, Limpopo
Salary: Market Related
Closing date: Friday, 30 July 2021
 
Purpose of Position:

• Responsible for the planning , building, and running of the ERP system.

Qualification:

• National Diploma or Degree in IT.

Training / Professional Body:

• Knowledge on Project Management
• Knowledge of Oracle JDE
• Knowledge of Oracle JDE & third-party integrations.
• Training in Oracle JDE &related components.

Experience:

• 4 years hands on experience on Oracle JDE as an Analyst/Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Development & Implementing of ERP and other business systems: Planning, building and operational running of ERP.
• Record Keeping & Reporting.
• Verifying accounts on users leaving the company and new recruits.
• Maintaining the systems & register of all server hardware.
• Maintaining a scrap list of redundant equipment.
• Problem solving and reporting & queries
• Communication & Engagement of Stakeholders.
• Liaising with the business analysis regarding report writing & consultants.
• Participating in projects and reports
• Management of Operations & Strategy
• Ensuring planning is in accordance with ICT Policy ,user downtime and deadlines reported of problems by users.
• System upgrading & time management.
