Our international brand client in Claremont is looking for an ER Consultant in Claremont Cape Town
Min Requirements
Experience of a busy working environment managing multiple ER case work as an ER Consultant / specialist or an ER-biased HR generalist with strong ER knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Complex case management of disciplinary, grievance, long term absence, appeals, performance improvement.
Coaching, design and supporting change programmes (this is desirable, not essential).
You will not be active / present in the meetings and will be on hand for remote advice.
Strong IT and communication skills are required.
