POSITION INFO:

Electrician - Kuils River - R25 000 – R32 000 per month - Basic + shift allowance, medical aid, provident fund, guaranteed 13^th cheque and 14^th cheque

Manufacturing Plant seeks a Trade Tested Electrician. You will need experience in working with PLC''s, connecting to machinery and equipment and be proficient in fault finding.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Electrical maintenance on plant machinery
• Planned and preventative maintenance with minimum time wastage
• Must be experienced in working with PLC’s
• Thorough knowledge of sensors used in conveyer lines
• Fault Finding / Diagnosis of Electrical & Electronic problems
• Adherence to Safety, Health and Environmental standards in line with ISO requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship
• Trade test passed with red seal certificate
• Wireman’s License Preferable
• Recognised Electronics qualification
• At least 5 years post qualification manufacturing experience working on high-speed machinery
• Must be able to work overtime, be on call out and work weekends if required
• Able to work shifts
