E&I Supervisor – Secunda, Mpumalanga
We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor to join a leading industrial engineering and construction services provider in Secunda, Mpumalanga. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional to oversee E&I construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Qualifications :
- Relevant trade qualification or technical diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation
- Supervisory or construction management training/certification advantageous
- Valid safety training and site certification advantageous
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in Electrical & Instrumentation construction projects
- Strong site-based construction supervision and coordination capability
- Petrochemical industry experience (Sasol Secunda experience advantageous)
- Experience managing contractors and subcontractors on site
- Ability to read and interpret E&I drawings and technical documentation
- Familiarity with installation, testing, and commissioning support activities
- Excellent planning, progress tracking, and reporting skills
- Strong quality and safety compliance focus
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Afrikaans language proficiency preferred
