Regulatory work in the healthcare and life sciences industry including knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act, POPI Act, foodstuffs legislation, Medicine & Related Substances Act and regulations under that Act, the Health Professions Act and related legislation, including medical profession ethical rules and guidelines, the National Health Act.  Candidate must be an admitted attorney with at least 3-5 years post-articles experience in regulatory matters and associated litigation.
