EAP THERAPIST

POSITION INFO:

ONLY CANDIDATES RESIDING IN THE WESTERN CAPE AND COMING FROM CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED

The On-site EAP Counselor is a professional position responsible for providing onsite clinical services to a dedicated customer. Responsibilities range from assessment and referral, management consultations, training, and critical incident response. An on-site counselor may also provide consultation to HR, program managers and supervisors on workplace and organizational issues.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience required:

• Qualified social worker, psychologist and or HPSCA registered counsellor
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in face to face counselling
• Prior experience in EAP, corporate wellness and/or counselling call centre environment is advantageous
• Proficiency in multiple South African languages is advantageous
