SUMMARY:
EAP TELEPHONE CLINICIAN
POSITION INFO:
TELEPHONE CLINICIAN
ONLY CANDIDATES RESIDING IN THE WESTERN CAPE AND COMING FROM CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED
Taking inbound calls coming into the EAP support line. Managing and responding to all electronic requests for assistance. Conducting a comprehensive clinical assessment and identifying a suitable treatment plan and Implementing the treatment plan through a series of telephonic counselling sessions.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience required:
· Qualified social worker, psychologist or HPCSA registered counsellor
· Min 1 years’ experience as a counsellor outside of internships, in a formal therapeutic role
· Fully competent with Microsoft suite applications and programs and up to date with current general digital technology
· Experience in EAP, corporate wellness services and or counselling call centre environment is advantageous
· Proficiency in multiple South African languages is advantageous
