SUMMARY:

An exciting new opportunity exists for an E-commerce Experience Coordinator to join the Marketing team of a leading retail company based in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

The suitable candidate will work across all brands and websites to manage the day-to-day customer experience on the websites in order to maximise conversions. The candidate will also be required to do analysis on website performance and customer journeys to identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience, briefing required changes and working with the developers to implement these changes.

Key responsibilities

Manage website configurations, including:
- Merchandising rules
- Search rules
- Personalisation
- A/B tests
- Promotions
Analytics on site performance, customer behaviour, conversion funnels
Sprint planning (define business requirements, brief developers, compile test cases, project manage deployments to websites)
