One of the oldest Cape Dutch Farm in the Winelands is looking for an E-COMMERCE CLIENT LIAISON
POSITION INFO:
Candidate requirements:
- A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12)
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- Home language must be Afrikaans and be fluent in English, with exceptional writing and communication skills
- At least 4 years’ experience in direct customer service in an e-commerce, hospitality, and/or tourism environment
- Experience in managing teams and staff members
- Experience in using customer support software such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, Helpdesk, etc.
- Demonstrates a target-oriented and performance-driven attitude
- Ability to adapt to and implement change effectively
- Be able to perform under pressure and high levels of energy
- Able to Problem Solve and be a forward thinker
- Good admin skills are necessary
