E-Marketing Coordinator

SUMMARY:
Our client in the hospitality industry is urgently looking for an experience E-Marketing Coordinator to join their organization

POSITION INFO:

Location: Umhlanga Rocks, KZN

Requirements:

• Matric
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing
• Experience in Social Media (non-negotiable)
• A network of Influencers would be an advantage
• Must be proficient in Microsoft packages, e-mail, internet, and social media
• Practical use of design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Coral Draw, Canva.
• Digital Marketing exposure (MailChimp, Social Media)
• Web Optimization ( SEO, Google Analytics)
• Practical knowledge and proficiency in photography
• Must have a valid driver''s license
• Must be prepared to work over the odd weekend when required to do so e.g. Indaba or other hotel events, if required for photography to be used for SM posts

Responsibilities:

• Interact with staff and management in order to obtain the best results for all SM posts
• Liaise with London and Cape Town on projects and events
• Responsible for the daily maintenance of OBH Facebook and Skabenga Facebook/OBH Instagram and Twitter, 12 Apostles Hotel and Spa FB/Instagram and Twitter, Bushmanskloof FB/Instagram and Twitter - taking photos if required and uploading them
• Working closely with London’s/RCH Social Media strategy so that it falls in line with the other 3 properties and RCH Group
• Liaison between the Hotels’ Media Manager, ensuring that press arrangements are booked and that awareness of the incoming media is communicated to all parties
• Liaise with Eloquent Concepts and other related service providers when required
• Prepare the Function Sheets for Media Visits, when required
• Prepare the Media Kits for all Media Visits
• Assisting Sales with Ad hoc projects, and assisting with a Sales Co-Ordinator role when required
