SUMMARY:
JHB & CPT -We are seeking for a E-Learning Coordinator to join our team. Key responsibilities are administrative deliverables for the team, as well as managing all program coordination & onboarding activities for key learning intervention hosted by the Centre of Excellence.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

E-Learning Coordinator’s Responsibilities:

Multi-national FMCG concern is seeking a "Mover and a Shaker" Learning Co-ordinator to engage, inform, surprise, entice, and impact their audience, but that will also deliver on measurable business goals.
Monthly learning reports with recommendations for future plans.
Assist with hosting of virtual sessions and initiatives.
Managing and arranging conferences, functions and workshops.
Assisting delegates to arrange learning platforms.
Handling and tracking payments queries and vendor applications.

E-Learning Coordinator’s requirements:

Relevant recognized tertiary qualification, HR qualification advantageous.
Digital fluency with Microsoft office suite and SAP experience advantageous.
Ability to work on engagement portals a must.
Intensive experience in preparation of presentations.
High level customer service to all internal, external customers and work partners.
Co-ordination of content to be loaded on successFactors/digital platforms.
Strong admin and project management skills required.
Strong personality.
Strong numeracy and financial reporting experience.
Professional and self-motivated.
