The purpose of this role shall be to drive revenue growth by strategically implementing complete online sales and eCommerce business development plans/strategies with current and prospective clients. Developing campaigns, effective SEO and attractive content that can convert them into leads or sales.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary degree/diploma in field - Degree in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or similar.

Extensive experience as an E-Commerce Manager, at least 5-8 years'' experience in eCommerce dealing with:

• Building and managing eCommerce strategies/methodologies/frameworks to meet revenue targets;
• Assessing operational needs/requirements and best practices in eCommerce management to assist
• implementation processes;
• Managing internal and external partners/stakeholders in relation to meeting client eCommerce needs and expectations;
• Digital marketing activities/strategy;
• Strong experience with Shopify
• Strong knowledge of Web/Google Analytics;
• Strong project management capabilities;
• Familiarity in developing and managing eBusiness functions enterprise practices and framework procedures
• Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies
• Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
• Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop eCommerce revenue growth strategies.
• Utilize and implement marketing and industry specific analysis to identify trends to assist eCommerce growth strategy.
• Building external networks through Partner programs to promote and sell the companies offering.
• Build solid business relationships with current and prospective clients so that the company is recognized as the go-to eCommerce service enabler.
• To provide the relevant stakeholders/partners with direction, being the go-to individual for support and assistance for any stage of the implementation process with the client.
• To oversee, support and manage (in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders) all technical
• requirements for eCommerce, so that client needs for their online business platforms are met, and the companies service offerings maximized.
• To keep focus on the company''s business plan in relation to growing its market share in the eCommerce space.
• To formulate budgets (in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders) to plan for e-marketing expenditures.
• Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
• Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
• Building an internal team and directing the activities of Software Developers, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
• Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
• Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
• Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
• Analysing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
• Reporting on the utility of existing and novel strategies.
