SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Coordinator to join a diversified, multinational consumer brand business whose Apparel Division includes a number of well-known aspirational footwear and apparel brands. Epping, Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR

Reporting to the E-Commerce Lead, the E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for the back-end execution of the strategic e-commerce plan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effective stock management:
  • Ensure on time in full on all stock allocations to online within one week of SO being created. End to end stock management from creation of SO to GRV.
  • Daily online stock control ensuring no out of stocks and timeous replenishment (1 week).
  • Raise back orders on unfulfilled stock, adhere to booking dates and ensure timeous delivery of stock to supplier warehouse.
  • Ensure 100% stock accuracy between IQ and Zando and resolve issues within a week and escalate any issues to the Senior Ecommerce Coordinator.
  • When new drop launches, check that all styles are live on the website on time in full when campaign launches.
  • Daily Website maintenance:
  • Checking the homepage- that all products and banners pull through to their correct landing pages.
  • Checking that all categories have the correct product mapped to them.
  • Ensuring that all images and product data is displayed properly on the Product landing and product display page according to brand specifications.
  • Checking that changes requested have been implemented.
  • Support the Senior E-Commerce Coordinator in collaboration with Brand to ensure timeous launch of online product and online exclusives.
  • Assist with the data entry and checking of all product details in the system.
  • Daily website audits and general housekeeping in line with ecommerce best practice.
  • Product data enrichment:
  • Compile all provided enriched data on a template that has been provided and is used for import by agency.
  • When new drop launches, check that all styles are live on the website.
  • Track all orders and liaise with warehouse to ensure the availability of the products.
  • Provide feedback to planners if products are incorrectly ranged.
  • Mapping of Products to Online Hierarchy.
  • Reporting:
  • Reporting to business on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Essential: Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Digital Marketing, Brand Management.
  • Essential: 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Essential: Experience in a Fashion or Retail environment.
