SUMMARY:
Durban North. Fantastic opportunity exists for dynamic, proactive, analytical E-Commerce Assistant to join esteemed, global fashion entity. Will suit driven individual with a passion for marketing and knowledge of and a good understanding of Shopify E-commerce management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A self-motivated, meticulous and highly organised candidate with exceptional editing skills and a love for the digital retail world will thrive in this position.

Responsibilities:

Day to day management of the online store using Shopify
Responsible for the uploading of new products, ensuring deadlines are met by completing uploads on a weekly basis and making sure product specs are provided on time
Ensure products are displayed correctly on the website focusing on accuracy from the initial upload
Upload product images as soon as they are made available
Update stock and inventory across different platforms
Updating website banners, building landing pages and creating promotions
Working closely with internal teams such as Creative, Brand and Product to ensure website is up to date

Requirements:

1+ year experience within website maintenance from a similar background
Experience with content, product, and inventory management
Skills and knowledge of Shopify
Strong editing skills
An enthusiastic and energetic, ‘go the extra mile’ work ethic
A proactive nature, confident with acute attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Enjoys working in a fast-paced and growing environment
