Establish and maintain excellent client experience across all platforms online
Drive improvement in the performance of the site and help drive projects and initiatives to further enhance the shopping experience, handle all queries and resolve issues relating to the site
Responsible for all online content
Tertiary education with 2 – 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG market • Clear and professional verbal and written communication. German language skills are a bonus
