Driver Trainer for code 14 vehicles

SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Code 14 Driver? Do you have excellent communications skills? Is it time for a career change where you can use your skills achieved to date to train and upskill Corporate Drivers with their driving techniques?

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric

Well spoken in English and Afrikaans, Xhosa highly advantageous

Energetic personality

Minimum 5 years driving experience using Code 14 License

Valid Code 14 license

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Good driving record with no traffic violations – Essential

Relevant training provided

DUTIES:

Reporting to the Regional Manager

Extensive liaison with drivers and clients

Detailed training as to the various agenda required

Ability to mentor and upskills drivers current skills

A hands-on team player

Organisation and involvement with Client functions and drive days

Use initiative and multi-task in all areas of the business requirements

General administration duties

Salary:  Negotiable, dependent on experience
